I am a consistent top producer.  Year after year I am fortunate and blessed with a business that keeps me in the top production percentiles in the area and nationwide.   I have kept my concentration in the Darnestown/Gaithersburg  area, where I live with my husband, Mike and my Australian Shepherd, Hutch.  

 I have been an agent for just about 20 years.  I have no idea how all of that time passed by so quickley, but here I am??! I found my home at RE/MAX Realty Group  18 years ago and have been here ever since.  I have long been happy here with my brokers and fellow agents.  It is a fabulous office!

 I am an individual agent that works with an assistant, Maria Carpenter.  I must personally touch  and service each and every transaction that has my name on it.   My transactions are very personal to me, I do a high quality transaction, I am a student of the  Raving Fansby Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles.   Twenty years ago when I first got my real estate license I can remember my father telling me  "anyone drive someone around and fill out a contract but what will make you different than the average agent will customer service, customer service, customer service."  I have never lost that in all of the years I have been selling homes.  On that note,  I am proud to say that over 90% of my business is from a personal referral from a friend, past client, or past client coming back to me.

As a listing agent I am fair and direct with my clients.  Sometimes I am not the bearer of the best news, but it will honest.   I help my clients stage their homes myself and use an professional interior decorator to come and stage homes if needed.  Each seller has a professional slick brochure and a professional virtual tour.  Also, each listing is advertised extensively online and in print.  The transaction is monitored and managed until settlement to insure a stress free transaction for all.

When I am your buyers agent, you will be the most prepared buyer out there.  First time homebuyers are some of my favorites.  When you decide to take the big step to purchase a home, you are going to come and see me first, we are going to have a buyer conciltation and then we will go and look at houses.  There are not going to be surprises for my buyers.  Remember, I have been doing this for almost 20 years, I don't need anymore gray hairs than I have!!

My specialty used to be first time homebuyers, but now they have grown up and have moved a time or two since I have known them.  Don't get me wrong, I love my first time homebuyers, but I cover the gammit, my transactions range from $200,000 to $1,500,000.  I remember when I was a new agent and people said, "just wait until you start selling their kids homes."  Well, it has started!!  It is so much fun!
