Audrey - when I first saw this it looked like the price was $7... then I realized the postlet is too wide for the blogspace.... I was about to call you and put in an offer. :)

Audrey~ Is this a townhouse? WOW. I guess it is all about location, location, location! You wouldn't believe what you get get here for that kind of money. I think we are spoiled where I live.
Carole, It is one of my favorite listings. I have had a few showings, it is in one of the premiere school districts.
Vickie, Yep, a townhouse? It is in one the "the" areas and it is huge. It is 2400 square feet on the 2 upper levels plus the basement is totally finished? I always say I feel sorry for the folks that move here from the midwest or south, but then the folks that move here from parts of California or New York giggle.
